The Panoramic House is not only a mecca of Northern California recording, it’s a literal stone castle that sits on a mountainside overlooking Stinson Beach. They have every mic, every classic piece of vintage gear you have ever heard of, and even a 100-foot long reverb tunnel built into the hillside. It’s kinda nuts, but we were lucky enough to get a full week there.
Between fancy BBQs, sunset gazing, and dips in the ocean we were actually able to get some recording done. Cory Grey (of so many musical projects that I can’t mention them all here) manned the helm as we aimlessly wandered through the basic tracks of 4 new Shuteye Unison songs.
Adam Cimino also joined as we put down tracks for a new Things of Youth album.
Both releases will be coming out on Parks and Records very soon. Stay Tuned!
